Due to high demand and limited availability of appointments, we require notice in the event of a cancellation 24 hours prior to your appointment, at the latest. Timely cancellations will allow appointments to be offered to another client.
The charge for cancellation without proper notice or a missed appointement is $50 for physical therapy visits covered by insurance, or the full price of the visit for cash patients. This charge will not be covered by insurance but will have to be paid by you personally prior to receiving additional treatments in future visits.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may have to reschedule to a different day or time. Late rescheduling will also be subject to a fee.
We require all clients to have a credit card on file in the event of a Late Cancel/No Show to pay for your late cancellation or no show fee.
